Use of olive oil, and preferably extra virgin olive oil, the compositions thereof and the pharmaceutical preparations and forms thereof in the production of a drug for preventing and treating diseases involving ischemic processes and, in particular, pressure ulcers, vascular ulcers and neuropathic diabetic foot ulcers.
