The optical detector has a photodiode (1) and a diaphragm, where the diaphragm consists of actively controlled elements, by which the aperture of the photodiode is adjusted. The diaphragm is designed as a liquid crystal display film. The diaphragm is formed from micro-shutter elements (2), which are arranged on the photodiode. The micro-shutter elements are formed as rods or flaps.
