摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A method for reconstructing and coding a pixel block by using a supporter which is smaller than supporters of normal interpolation filters, and devices thereof are provided to calculate a part between the pixel block and a prediction block for the pixel block by determining the prediction block from a motion vector. CONSTITUTION: A device determines a middle prediction block(110). The device converts the middle prediction block into a first converted block(B1) by using a first converted block(T)(120). The device converts the first converted block B1 into a second converted block(B2) by using a second reverse conversion method of a first conversion(130). The device obtains a prediction block(Bp) by extracting a part corresponding to the middle prediction block(140). The device calculates the remaining part between a pixel block(Bc) and the prediction block(Bp)(12). The device encodes the remaining part to an encoded data stream(14).
