PURPOSE: A turbo compressor is provided to prevent a mechanical loss caused by lubricating oil being sputtered, to reduce an installatio space of the compressor, and to simplify the construction of a cooling water pipe. CONSTITUTION: A turbo compressor comprises an input shaft, a one-stage compressor, a two-stage compressor, and gas coolers(11). The one-stage compressor is arranged in one side of a gear case having one or more pinion shafts and driven by the pinion shafts. The two-stage compressor is arranged in the other side of the gear case and driven by the pinion shafts. Gas coolers are respectively arranged in both sides of a lubricating oil tank, under the one-stage compressor and the two-stage compressor. [Reference numerals] (AA) Air
