<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertisement system which can select advertisements with high bidding prices as advertisements to be displayed in an advertisement area provided in contents, without executing sort processing of advertisements using the bidding price as a sort key, for example. <P>SOLUTION: A storage unit 70 stores bidding prices presented by advertisers in association with respective advertisements which are candidates for advertisements to be displayed in an advertisement area provided in contents. A determination unit 72 determines whether the bidding price of each advertisement is higher than a threshold.
