<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery which is of a light weight and thin type as well as flexible and excellent in its reliability in a charge/discharge cycle property by using a resin molding such as resin film as a substrate. <P>SOLUTION: The secondary battery 1 is provided with a cell structure body with a positive electrode layer 35, a solid electrolyte layer 40 and a negative electrode layer 65 laminated in this order or in a reverse order on at least one surface side of the substrate 10.
