<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that even though a voice recognition device requires time until recognizing a call registration after a user speaks, the voice recognition device starts a door close motion during speech to misrecognize voice and starts operation during speech in response to a call having been registered to make the user using the voice recognition device pass through a desired floor, so that the user of the voice recognition device is given inconvenience. <P>SOLUTION: An elevator includes the voice recognition device which performs the call registration of the elevator by elevator user's voice, in a car or on a landing space. An elevator control device includes a means of determining a voice recognition state. When determining that the user is speaking, the elevator control device delays an elevator motion to ensure timing of voice recognition by, such as, delaying a start of the door close motion until the user finishes speaking if a door fully opens, and delaying a start of traveling until the user finishes speaking if the door is in the door close motion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
