摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module capable of achieving a desired output voltage in a small area and capable of being manufactured by using a simple method. <P>SOLUTION: In a solar cell module, conductive layers (a p-type amorphous silicon layer 3 and an n-type amorphous silicon layer 7) composed of semiconductors of reverse conductivity types to each other are formed on both surfaces of an n-type single-crystal silicon substrate 1 (a substrate 1), and electrode layers (an upper-surface-side transparent electrode layer 4, an upper-surface-side thin-line collecting electrode 5, a lower-surface-side transparent electrode layer 8, and a lower-surface-side thin-line collecting electrode 9) are formed on each of the conductive layers. The solar cell module is divided into a plurality of solar cells 10 by a plurality of connection grooves 11 that penetrate through the thickness direction of the substrate 1 and are arranged in line and a plurality of isolation grooves (conductive-layer isolation grooves 13 and conductive-layer isolation grooves 14) that extend along the connection grooves 11 and reach the substrate 1 from the electrode layers on both the surface sides of the substrate 1. Among the adjacent solar cells 10, the conductive layer of one surface side of one colar cell 10 and the conductive layer of the other surface side of the other solar cell 10 are electrically connected in series to each other via the connection groves 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
