<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating material composition excellent in low-temperature curability, finishing state, coated film hardness, stability of a matte coated film, water resistance, corrosion resistance and weatherability; and to provide a coated article. <P>SOLUTION: This thermosetting two-pot type coating material composition includes a hydroxy group-containing resin (A), a polyisocyanate compound (B), barium sulfate (C) with average particle diameter of 1.0-15 μm, silica microparticles (D), and rheology-controlling agent (E), at rates of 60-90 pts.mass of the hydroxy group-containing resin (A) and 10-40 pts.mass of polyisocyanate compound (B) based on 100 pts.mass of total solid content of the hydroxy group-containing resin (A) and the polyisocyanate compound (B), and further at rates of 1-150 pts.mass of barium sulfate (C), 0.1-30 pts.mass of silica microparticles (D) and 0.1-20 pts.mass of a rheology-controlling agent (E). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
