PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience in starting up an application.

SOLUTION: An information processor includes: a holding state detection unit for detecting a holding state of the information processor and outputting holding state information indicating the detected holding state; an attitude state detection unit for detecting an attitude state of the information processor and outputting attitude state information indicating the detected attitude state; a storage unit for storing the holding state and attitude state of the information processor in association with an application provided in the information processor as start-up conditions of the application; and a start-up control unit for requesting output of the holding state information from the holding state detection unit and requesting output of the attitude state information from the attitude state detection unit in response to a predetermined event, and for starting up the application stored in the storage unit in accordance with the holding state and attitude state of the information processor indicated by the holding state information and an attitude signal output at the requests.
