<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rectifier circuit module capable of contributing to stabilization of output power by reducing an adverse effect of parasitic inductance in an input path for each diode element. <P>SOLUTION: Input plates 25, 26 of a wiring structure 21 are configured so that power transmission distances L1-L4 from input terminal sections 25g, 26g (input nodes) of a rectifier circuit 13 to an input terminal (anode terminal ta or cathode terminal tk) for each of diode elements D5a, D5b-D8a, D8b are equal to each other, that is, inductances of input paths for each of the diode elements D5a, D5b-D8a, D8b are equivalent to each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
