<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blur correction device and an optical apparatus which enable good blur correction. <P>SOLUTION: A blur correction device 30 includes: an angular velocity detection part 25 which detects an angular velocity acting on an optical apparatus 1; a signal extraction part 61 which extracts and outputs a predetermined frequency component from the detection signal ω0 by the angular velocity detection part 25; a gain adjustment part 62 which adjusts a gain of the output signal ω3 of the signal extraction part 61 and outputs it; and a calculation part 41 which calculates a blur correction amount on the basis of the detection signal ω0 by the angular velocity detection part 25 and the output signal ω5 of the gain adjustment part 62. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
