IMAGE PROCESSING DEVICE AND METHOD, RECORDING MEDIUM, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device which allows quantitative evaluation of a dynamic state of an organism to be more easily achieved.

SOLUTION: An image processing device comprises: a fluorescence analysis part which analyzes the fluorescent image representing concentration change of a chemical material flowing into an organism stained with a fluorescent indicator so as to calculate the fluorescence intensity data indicating the intensity of fluorescence; a movement analysis part which analyzes the phase difference image representing the movement of the organism so as to calculate the movement quantity data representing the movement quantity; and an evaluation part which deals with evaluation using the fluorescence intensity data calculated by the fluorescence analysis part and the movement quantity data calculated by the movement quantity calculation part.
