<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique to evade delamination of the multilayer gel film during production in manufacturing of a multilayer polyimide film by a co-extrusion method. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a method for manufacturing the multilayer polyimide film by casting at least two or more kinds of polyimide precursor solutions on a support in co-extrusion. In the method for manufacturing the multilayer polyimide film, the thickness of the multilayer polyimide film is 25μ or more, and in a pot life of at least two or more kinds of polyimide precursor solutions, the pot life ratio is ≥1 and ≤4, wherein the pot life ratio = the longest pot life/the shortest pot life, and a chemical dehydrating agent and the imidization catalyst are contained in at least one of polyimide precursor solution out of two or more kinds of the polyimide precursor solutions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
