<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic bread maker that can prevent a sub ingredient from scattering and prevent the sub ingredient from losing shape. <P>SOLUTION: The automatic bread maker includes: a kneading container 7 stored in a heating chamber 1a and for housing a cooking ingredient; a kneading blade 9 attached in the kneading container; a driving part 3 for rotating and driving the kneading blade; a selection part 19 for selecting a particular cooking menu from a plurality of cooking menus and selecting "presence" or not of the sub ingredient charged; and a control part 25 for controlling the driving part and executing kneading processing of rotating the kneading blade to knead the cooking ingredient in the kneading container, on the basis of the cooking menu selected at the selection part. The control part further executes mixture processing of mixing the cooking ingredient kneaded by the kneading processing and the sub ingredient put in the kneading container after the kneading processing, when it is selected that the sub ingredient is "put in" at the selection part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
