<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the entire length of a vibration actuator. <P>SOLUTION: A vibration actuator includes: vibrators (11, 12) excited by an electromechanical conversion element; a rotor part 13 relatively rotated by vibrations of the vibrators; a pressurizing part 4 generating a pressurizing force in a thrust direction between the vibrators and the rotor part; a hollow rotor holder 2 restricting the position of the rotor part in the thrust direction and the radial direction; and a thrust bearing 1 having a rotation shaft coaxially provided with rotation shafts of the vibrators. The rotor holder 2 has: an outer peripheral flange part 2a provided at an outer peripheral part thereof and receiving the pressurizing force of the rotor part; and an inner peripheral side flange part 2b provided at an inner peripheral part thereof and serving as a first orbital plane of the thrust bearing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
