<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for exchanging a denitration catalyst by which the service life of the denitration catalyst can be prolonged as the whole flue gas denitration apparatus further the denitration catalyst can be easily exchanged and the flue gas denitration apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The flue gas denitration apparatus 1 includes a plurality of opening windows 13 arranged in a vertical direction in both right and left side walls 5 of a housing 3, upper part catalyst inlet/outlet openings 7 and lower part catalyst inlet/outlet openings 9 arranged in the side walls 5 of the housing 3 and for put in and out the denitration catalysts 31, detachable fixing tools 51 inserted from the opening windows 13 and for fixing the denitration catalyst 31, the denitration catalysts 31 of the first stages are taken out from the upper catalyst inlet/outlet openings 7, thereafter the denitration catalysts 31 of the second stages are moved to the positions of the first stages, then the denitration catalysts 31 are moved upward one stage in series and fixed by the fixing tools 51, and finally new denitration catalysts 31 are loaded into the lowermost stages having been vacant through the lower catalyst inlet/outlet openings 9, when exchanging the denitration catalysts 31. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
