<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottled beverage eliminated with salty taste accompanied by sliminess derived from a sodium salt having been used in conventional bottled beverages and peculiar tastes inherent in potassium and calcium salts while mitigating acidity caused by pH level drop caused by heat sterilization and during distribution and preservation periods. <P>SOLUTION: In the bottled beverage, the contents contain at least one basic amino acid, wherein the content of the basic amino acid is such an amount that: the pH level of the contents after undergoing heat sterilization in the presence of the base falls within a predetermined range, and the basic amino acid is of a liberated form. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
