<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolled copper foil for a secondary battery negative electrode collector, a negative electrode material for an Li ion secondary battery, and an Li ion secondary battery, in which cracking or rupture is suppressed even if charging/discharging is repeated. <P>SOLUTION: A rolled copper foil for a secondary battery negative electrode collector satisfies: area BT/area AT×100(%)<20(%); where an area AT is the total of areas A, in which A is the area of regular hexagon and a distance between each side and a measurement point a is 100 nm, and the measurement point a is the center of the regular hexagon, with an orientation angle difference average value being less than 0.4 degree between the crystal orientation obtained by radiating electron ray to the measurement point a of a crystal metal system and the crystal orientation obtained by radiating electron ray to an adjoining measurement point around the measurement point a separated by 200 nm, and where an area BT is the total of areas B, in which B is the area of regular hexagon and a distance between each side and a measurement point b is 100 nm, and the measurement point b is the center of the regular hexagon, with orientation angle difference average value being 0.4 degree or more and less than 2.0 degree between the crystal orientation obtained by radiating electron ray to the measurement point b of a crystal metal system and the crystal orientation obtained by radiating electron ray to an adjoining measurement point around the measurement point b separated by 200 nm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
