Provided in embodiments of the present invention are a method for receiving and transmitting fragments and a device for receiving and transmitting the fragments. The method for receiving the fragment comprises: receiving a set of fragments from a transmitting end via a first channel, where the transmitting end pauses the transmission of a next set of fragments after transmitting the set of fragments; and, when the set of fragments is received, transmitting immediately one or multiple first confirmation messages to the transmitting end via the first channel. The embodiments of the present invention allow for the immediate transmission of the confirmation messages to the transmitting end via a current channel when the set of fragments is received via the current channel, thereby preventing the receiving and transmitting processes of the fragments from being delayed due to competition for and occupation of the channel by another node, thus improving transmission efficiency.
