<p>Mineral hydraulic binder (I), preferably to the manufacture of concrete, cement or cement suspension on basis of at least a cement, comprises a cement clinker phase exhibiting tricalcium silicate, dicalcium silicate, tricalcium aluminate and tetracalcium aluminate ferrite; a hydrate phase formed by hardening water to a cement stone; and calcium silicate hydrate phase; which is formed by adding at least a fine particle of silicon dioxide (SiO 2) and at least a calcium oxide component with tempering water during the stationary phase based on a puzzolanic reaction. Mineral hydraulic binder (I), preferably to the manufacture of concrete, cement or cement suspension on basis of at least a cement, comprises a cement clinker phase exhibiting tricalcium silicate, dicalcium silicate, tricalcium aluminate and tetracalcium aluminate ferrite; a hydrate phase formed by hardening water to a cement stone, where the cement after tempering with water exhibits a stationary phase for at least 6-8 hours, in which no considerable hardening reaction takes place; and calcium silicate hydrate phase, which is formed by adding at least a fine particle of silicon dioxide (SiO 2) and at least a calcium oxide component with tempering water during the stationary phase based on a puzzolanic reaction. An independent claim is included for preparing binder comprising mixing at least a silicon dioxide component with at least a calcium oxide component and subsequently mixing the mixture with the cement containing mixture.</p> |
