LIFEBOAT COVERING APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A lifeboat cover equipment is provided to prevent the formation of ice on a lifeboat and on the davit of a ship which sails through a cold region or works in polar regions. CONSTITUTION: A lifeboat(1) cover equipment(10) includes a cover sheet(11), a winding device(20), a support bar(12), a fixing member(8) and a guide device(30). The cover sheet is capable of covering the side of a lifeboat installation space(2). The winding device is prepared on the upper side of the lifeboat installation area to wind up or untie the cover sheet. The support bar is combined to the lower end of the cover sheet. The fixing unit is provided on the lifeboat installation area to hang the support bar to be fixed. The guide device is prepared on the upper part of the opened side of the lifeboat installation area to guide the winding-up or untying of the cover sheet.
