PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular sheet rotation device capable of lowering a height and reducing the number of the parts.

SOLUTION: A slide member 13 and a rotary member 14 are coupled in a turnable state by a first slider mechanism arranged by including a plurality of second rolling balls 22 between the slide member 13 and the rotary member 14 and a second slider mechanism arranged by including a plurality of first rolling balls 24 between an annular part 21a of a coupling member 21 fixed to the rotary member 14 and the slide member 13.
