<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat that has a superior cushioning property wherein the load from the occupant is caught by the back layer side base fabric, without stretching the surface side base fabric, in the vehicle seat where a solid net is provided in a tensioned state. <P>SOLUTION: The solid net 10 that includes: a surface side base fabric 10a; a back layer side base fabric 10b; and an intermediate layer 10c that three-dimensionally couples the surface side base fabric 10a and the back layer side base fabric 10b, forms a seat surface by being provided in a tensioned state to a seat frame 23 with a locking member 11 installed in this end.
