<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin-cleansing agent composition excellent in performance of removing sebum and makeup smear, and in stability without sticky and slimy feeling of skin after use. <P>SOLUTION: The skin-cleansing agent composition includes the following constituents (A)-(C): a nonionic surface active agent (A) selected from the group consisting of a polyoxyethylene fatty acid ester obtained by ester-binding a 8-22C fatty acid with polyoxyethylene, and a polyoxyethylene fatty acid glycerol ester; at least one copolymer (B) obtained by radical polymerization of specific three monomers of N, N-dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate diethylsulfate, N, N-dimethylacrylamide, and polyethylene glycol dimethacrylate; and water (C), wherein the composition contains not less than 3.5 mass% and not greater than 10 mass% of the constituent (A), not less than 75 mass% and not greater than 96 mass% of the constituent (C), and the mass ratio ((B)/(A)) of the constituent (A) to the constituent (B) is not less than 0.01 and not greater than 0.05. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
