<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device that facilitates a stable grip by having a holding part whose attitude is prevented from being inclined due to the center of gravity of weight when the electronic device is held and carried by hand. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic device includes finger rests 24 and 24 at the lower part of a body 15. The finger rests 24 and 24 are formed corresponding to the center of gravity of the weight, in a direction from a second surface 17 toward a third surface 18, and are formed to increase a width thereof from the second surface 17 toward the third surface 18.
