<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure having a liquid-repellent surface with high liquid-repellency, liquid slipping performance and excellent cleanability. <P>SOLUTION: The structure includes: an uneven structure on its surface of a substrate; and the liquid-repellent surface, wherein an angle, which is formed by a line parallel to the substrate and going on the surface of the side surface of protrusions in the uneven structure, and the side surface of the protrusions, is less than 90°, and the angle is smaller than a static contact angle, which is another measured angle on a flat surface without unevenness in the same chemical surface state as the uneven structure of applied liquid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
