<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-sensitive recording medium which does not mar print density and is almost not susceptible of a texture blush, with excellent whiteness degree, and a manufacturing method of the heat-sensitive recording medium. <P>SOLUTION: This heat-sensitive recording medium includes a heat-sensitive recording layer composed mainly of an electron-donative dye precursor which is normally colorless or pale color, an electron-receptive developer and a sensitizer on the support.
