<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate an apparatus at a high-efficiency point, and to reduce slip/skid. <P>SOLUTION: In a railway composition vehicle which is constituted by connecting railway vehicles which operate by a drive system driven at plurality of different properties, a vehicle improved in efficiency at a high output and a vehicle improved in efficiency at a low output are combined, vehicles at the side of a progressing direction which is regarded to be small in adhesion marginal power are arranged at the vehicle which is improved in the efficiency at the low output and at the vehicle which is improved in the efficiency at the high output at a middle side, and there is prepared a vehicle arrangement which allows traveling by previously combining the vehicles at the side of the progressing direction at a low output so that an intermediate vehicle has a high output.
