<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work observation system capable of allowing for efficient acquisition of awareness without need of manual work, in an office or a work site for doing a job using a PC (personal computer). <P>SOLUTION: The work observation system comprises: an image-editing computer 3 provided with an image editing program 2; and a video camera 700 for imaging a behavior of a person to be observed (worker). In synchronization with the data input of the behavior of the worker as worker image data from the video camera 700 to the image-editing computer 3, PC screen information from a PC used by the worker is inputted as PC image data to the image-editing computer 3 via a display interface 350.
