<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-borne coating material composition with viscosity characteristics such that developability of viscosity is high and viscosity decreases as shear rate increases, in particular a water-borne coating material composition having viscosity characteristics in which viscosity develops even when a surfactant and/or a hydrophilic organic solvent are/is included, and viscosity decreases as shear rate increases. <P>SOLUTION: This water-borne coating material composition includes: a copolymer (A) obtained by copolymerizing at least one nitrogen-containing polymerizable unsaturated monomer selected from a polymerizable unsaturated monomer having a urea bond, a polymerizable unsaturated monomer having a urethane bond and a polymerizable unsaturated monomer having an imide bond; and an acrylic resin (B) having one or more polymerizable unsaturated monomers selected among the nitrogen-containing polymerizable unsaturated monomers as the copolymerization components, and forming an aqueous dispersion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
