<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent such an erroneous detection that a developer recovery container is in a full-state. <P>SOLUTION: A developer recovery container comprises: a reservoir chamber 61 which is positioned below a recovery port 58 for recovering a developer and accommodates the developer falling from the recovery port 58; a detection chamber 67 which is provided with an entrance in an upper part, is provided by being demarcated from the reservoir chamber 61 such that the developer does not enter from a part other than the entrance, and into which the developer accommodated in the reservoir chamber 61 enters through the entrance; conveying means 64 which is provided at a predetermined height in the reservoir chamber 61 so that the developer exceeding a fixed quantity is conveyed when the developer exceeding the fixed quantity is accumulated in the reservoir chamber 61; and a pipe 68 which is provided along the conveying means 64 between the reservoir chamber 61 and the entrance, and into which the developer conveyed by the conveying means 64 enters. The developer which reaches a predetermined height in the reservoir chamber 61 and then is conveyed into the pipe 68 by the conveying means 64 is further conveyed in the pipe 68 by the conveying means 64 and then enters the detection chamber 67 via the entrance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
