<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration proof device which can reduce vibration of placed equipment, facilitates maintenance, and can reduce an installation space. <P>SOLUTION: The vibration proof device 1 is installed between a batholith (support) 4 of a pit and a press device (equipment) which is installed to an upper part of the batholith 4 and generates vibration. The vibration proof device includes: a cradle (equipment placing part) 11 at the upper part of which the press device is placed; a plurality of disc springs 12 disposed between the batholith 4 and the cradle 11 and vertically overlapped; and a disc screw support 13 for restraining displacement and deformation of the plurality of disc springs 12 other than in the vertical direction to support the springs. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
