An image processing system (1) includes: a first imaging means (21, 23) for imaging a subject and acquiring a first input image; a second imaging means (22, 24) for imaging a subject from a different viewpoint than the first imaging means and acquiring a second input image; and a distance information acquisition means (3) for acquiring, for each unit region having a predetermined pixel size, distance information indicating distance referenced from a predetermined position, on the basis of the corresponding relationship of each point of the subject between the first input image and the second input image. A unit region is determined according to a first pixel interval corresponding to a first direction in the first input image, and a second pixel interval different from the first image interval corresponding to a second direction.
