The sideshaft hinge element (1) has a joint bell (3), and an annular mass (5) that is connected with the joint bell for preventing or reducing the vibration based noise. The annular mass is caulked with the joint bell. A recess (17) is formed in the annular mass corresponding to the mounted state of the joint bell, into which the material of the joint bell is filled. The recess is designed as an annular groove formed at the inner surface (15) of the annular mass in circumferential direction. An independent claim is included for a manufacturing method of sideshaft hinge element.
