PURPOSE: A flame-retarding polycarbonate insulating film is provided to improve flame retardant and dimensional stability by not including halogen based heat resistant agent. CONSTITUTION: A flame-retarding polycarbonate insulating film(10) comprises 100.0 parts by weight of polycarbonate resin, 0.01-10 parts by weight of silicon based compound, 0.01-1.5 parts by weight of organic sulfonate metal salt, and 0.01-1 parts by weight of polyfluoroethylene. The flame-retarding polycarbonate insulating film has embossing pattern on at least one side, and the embossing pattern has surface roughness(Rpc) of 160cm or less. The silicon based compound is polyorganosiloxane with average molecular weight of 5000-500000g/mol. The insulating film additionally includes phosphorous-based flame retardant. |
