VEHICLE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND VEHICLE MANAGEMENT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle management system capable of properly improving utilization rates of plural vehicles used by plural users.

SOLUTION: A vehicle management system manages plural vehicles used by plural users. The vehicle management system includes: reservation state management means for managing vehicle reservation states of the plural users; storage means for storing vehicle use record information on the users using the vehicles by user; use characteristic calculation means for calculating vehicle use characteristics by user on the basis of the vehicle use record information; and use suggestion means for suggesting to the users that they use the vehicles on a day when the vehicles are available at a reduced use charge on the basis of the vehicle reservation states and the vehicle use characteristics by user.
