<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump installation which can enhance the efficiency of cooling electric equipment. <P>SOLUTION: The pump installation includes: a pump P for pumping liquid from a water tank 1; an electric motor M and an internal combustion engine E for driving the pump P; electric equipment 7 including a rotational speed control device 3 for controlling the rotational speed of the electric motor M; a pump chamber 9 for holding the pump P, the electric motor M, the internal combustion engine E, and one part of the electric equipment 7; an electric chamber 8 for storing the other part of the electric equipment 7; a ventilation facility 40 for ventilating the pump chamber 9; and a ventilation facility 10 for ventilating the electric chamber 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
