<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic probe and an ultrasonic diagnostic equipment which improve the reception/transmission capabilities of ultrasonic waves. <P>SOLUTION: An ultrasonic probe 5 of this invention includes: a thin plate like substrate 61; a thin plate like piezoelectric member 62 laminated on the substrate 61; a pair of first and second electrodes 63, 64 which is formed at the piezoelectric member 62 and has a ring shape; and multiple grooves 7 extending in the radial direction that is a direction of an electric field generated when a voltage is applied to the pair of first and second electrodes 63, 64. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
