PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly reproduce CQI and ACK/NACK by reproducing (demodulating) PUCCH with a correct format.

SOLUTION: A radio communication method includes: receiving allocation information indicative of a downward data channel; and through an upward control channel, transmitting at least one of control information indicative of a downward data reception state and quality information indicative of downlink communication quality. The control information and the quality information are transmitted through the upward control channel associated with each predetermined resource for the transmission of the control information and the quality information.
