<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension substrate with a circuit capable of accurately positioning a load beam, a suspension with a circuit to be installed thereon and a slider to be mounted thereon, a manufacturing method of the suspension substrate with a circuit, and a positioning method for the same. <P>SOLUTION: A suspension substrate with a circuit 1 is obtained by simultaneously forming, on a base insulating layer 30 formed on a metal support substrate 29, a conductor pattern 38 and a fiducial part 17 by photo processing from a conductor layer 32 using a sheet of photomask, the fiducial part 17 including a first fiducial aperture 22 and a second fiducial aperture 23 and being a fiducial for positioning in order to install the suspension substrate with a circuit 1 on a load beam 2; forming a fiducial aperture 47 in the metal support substrate 29 so as to include the first fiducial aperture 22 and the second fiducial aperture 23; and forming a base aperture 48 in the base insulating layer 30 so as to include the first fiducial aperture 22 and the second fiducial aperture 23. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
