摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct fluctuations in an actual opening degree of a turbine control valve due to fluctuations of a servo valve neutral point bias, and to maintain a stable operation. <P>SOLUTION: A turbine valve control device 100 includes: a flow volume control circuit 110, which computes a flow volume instruction value; an opening degree control circuit 120, which receives, as input, a control valve opening degree instruction signal and a control valve opening degree feedback signal from a valve opening degree detector that detects an control valve opening degree for a turbine, and which outputs an opening degree instruction signal to a servo valve 10; and a correction control unit 130. The correction control unit 130 includes: an opening degree flow volume conversion unit 131, which receives, as input, a control valve actual opening degree signal, converts the input signal into a signal corresponding to a flow volume, and outputs a signal corresponding to an actual flow volume; and a correction circuit unit 150 based on the signal corresponding to an actual flow volume. By the correction circuit unit 150, a correction signal for compensating fluctuations by a neutral point bias, to be added when abnormality in the servo valve 10 occurs, is added to the flow volume control circuit 110 and the opening degree control circuit 120. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
