METHODS OF MAKING CELLS, TISSUES, AND ANTIBODIES

Methods of making cells, tissues and antibodies, especially human cells, tissues and antibodies are disclosed. Human antibodies and other human cell and tissue types are generated in a human teratoma in a non-human host species. Such antibodies, cells, and tissues are then isolated for therapeutic or diagnostic use, or for screening assays.
