A mobile communication terminal mounted with an RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) tag and an RFID reader access controlling method of the terminal are provided to enable a terminal user to control access of the RFID reader if the reader accesses the terminal, therefore security of information stored in the tag is enhanced. A controller(340) overall controls a mobile communication terminal(300). A memory(330) is embedded with basic functions of the terminal(300) and controlling functions for an RFID tag(310). A user interface(350) reflects user's controlling intention. A display(360) provides a screen of a type recognizable by the user according to a control signal of the controller(340). An RF(Radio Frequency) transceiver(370) is controlled by the controller(340) for communication between the terminal(300) and a base station. A GPS(Global Positioning System) receiver(380) obtains position information through a GPS satellite. A power unit(320) applies power to the terminal(300). The RFID tag(310) is communicable with an external RFID reader(400). |
