An extracting mechanism for beverages, comprising a beverage brewing mechanism (26) provided on a brewing seat (25), a driving mechanism (27) which drives the beverage brewing mechanism (26) to move so as to achieve an open-close movement and a flip-flop movement. The driving mechanism (27) achieves the open-close movement and the flip-flop movement by guiding the beverage brewing mechanism (26) via a movement guiding mechanism (7), and when the beverage brewing mechanism (26) is opening or closing, the mouth of a brewing cavity (19) of the beverage brewing mechanism (26) is oriented upwards or inclined upwards.
