<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Hall plate switching system in which an offset voltage caused by a parasitic resistance occurring in a Hall plate of a magnetic sensor is reduced, the Hall plate compensating for a mismatch. <P>SOLUTION: The Hall plate switching system comprises: a Hall plate 20 which generates a first voltage at both ends of a first node and a third node and a second Hall voltage at both ends of a second node and a fourth node; a first switch 10 which is connected to the first node and the second node, and controls on/off of currents flowing through the first node and the second node; a second switch 30 which is connected to the third node and the fourth node, and controls on/off of currents flowing through the third node and the fourth node; and a resistor 40 which is connected to the second switch 30, and decreases transconductance of the first switch 10 and the second switch 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
