<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic atomizing apparatus which can be easily assembled into a case, electric equipment and the like and further which can be made compact. <P>SOLUTION: The electrostatic atomizing apparatus includes a discharge electrode 2, a water supply means 3 for supplying water to the discharge electrode 2 and a high voltage impressing means 4 for generating a strong electric field in order to electrostatically atomize water supplied to the discharge electrode 2.
