<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamed laminated sheet formed of a foamed resin layer and a photocatalytic layer in this order on a base material, wherein a decrease in photocatalytic function is controlled even when embossed from the photocatalytic layer side, and to provide a laminated sheet useful for manufacture of the foamed laminated sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The laminated sheet has on the base material at least a foaming agent-containing resin layer, an ionizing radiation curable resin layer containing an ionizing radiation curable resin having a (meth)acrylate group and a photocatalytic layer formed in this order.
