<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsified plate cleaning agent, which has no effect on an image part, has superior desensitizing action on a non-image part, and has superior smudge removing capacity and smudge prevention effect. <P>SOLUTION: The emulsified plate cleaning agent for a lithographic printing plate includes: (1) an isoparafin-based hydrocarbon solvent; (2) a nonionic surfactant; (3) an alkali metal silicate salt; (4) water-soluble cellulose derivatives; (5) water; and (6) a phosphonium compound represented by general formula (I), and forms oil-in-water type emulsion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
