<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply stabilizing circuit capable of reducing noise and generating stable voltage. <P>SOLUTION: At least one bias voltage generation circuit 13 compares a reference voltage with a signal corresponding to a bias voltage generated from an unstable voltage to generate a bias voltage.
